Design illustrations and cartoons for use in digital and print media. Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet Mediatiz Foundation’s quality standards. Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and strategies aligned with the company’s brand vision. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Revise and refine designs based on feedback to ensure high-quality, polished outputs. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials. *Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, print design, and branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
