Job Title: HR Executive 📍 Location: Karachi 💼 Employment Type: Full Time - Remote 📅 Experience Required: 2-3 years 💼 Salary: Market Competitive Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs 2. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews 3. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System 4. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) 5. Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs 6. Proficiency in recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment. 5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases; experience with attendance management software is a plus. 6. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
