Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and compatibility testing across multiple Windows operating systems and configurations. Functionally test web-based server features that manage configuration, policies, deployments, and workflows, ensuring correct behavior and data integrity. Validate end-to-end workflows involving server-side logic, web UI behavior, client/agent behavior, configurations, policies, deployments, and user/session-based scenarios. Functionally test PowerShell modules and internal tools to ensure expected behavior across automation and DevOps-driven workflows (focus on behavior and outcomes; scripting knowledge is a plus). Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, logs, and environment details; collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive resolution. Set up, manage, and maintain test environments, including virtual machines, OS versions, networking, and storage, to ensure stable and reproducible testing. Validate product behavior across multiple operating systems, environment configurations, and deployment scenarios. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contribute to acceptance criteria refinement, and provide functional and risk-based insights during reviews. Support release readiness through feature validation, smoke testing, and full end-to-end scenario verification. Analyze logs, system behavior, and environment conditions to isolate root causes and improve defect quality. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test documentation, and testing strategy. Drive release sign-off by communicating risk, coverage, and readiness to stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of experience in manual or functional testing with strong test case design and execution skills. Experience functionally testing web applications that act as management consoles or control planes for system-level or desktop software. Solid understanding of client–server architectures, configuration-driven behavior, and environment-dependent workflows. Experience validating software across multiple Windows OS versions and environment setups. Hands-on exposure to DevOps-driven environments, including deployment workflows, configuration changes, and post-deployment validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to isolate and clearly communicate complex issues.
