We are looking for a passionate and skilled QA Test Engineer with experience in automation testing of web applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery by working closely with our development and product teams in an Agile environment. Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. Perform manual functional, UI, integration, and regression testing of web applications. Develop and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium, and ensure their integration into CI pipelines. Implement and enhance regression test suites for continuous quality checks. Collaborate with developers and product owners for early testing, requirement clarifications, and timely feedback. Execute cross-browser testing, validate UI consistency, and ensure responsive design compliance. Track, log, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Report QA status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest trends in testing tools, frameworks, and best practices. Foster a culture of quality and encourage continuous improvement within the QA process. Desired Candidate Profile: Solid hands-on experience in manual and automation testing of web applications. Strong ability to design, write, and execute UI and functional test cases. Proficient in using Selenium for automation and performance tools like JMeter. Basic scripting knowledge in Java test automation. Experience with cross-browser testing strategies and tools. Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or similar systems. Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and working in Agile/Scrum teams. Exposure to CI/CD environments and integrating automation into pipelines is a plus. Experience in maintaining and updating automated regression test suites.
