Location: Rawalpindi Key Responsibilities: Ensure 24/7 IT and Power Operations on the designated motorway. Ensure minimum downtime through timely fault identification and optimal utilization of available resources. Implement weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plans for IT equipment as per HQ SOPs, with strict enforcement of SOPs for Server Rooms and IT Rooms. Conduct regular performance evaluations of Plaza Technicians and MRT staff; arrange on-the-job training and capacity-building programs. Conduct bi-monthly visits to each toll plaza, report observations to GM and HQ O&M teams, and ensure rectification of identified issues. Enforce discipline, attendance, and duty compliance of plaza technicians; ensure continuous monitoring of field staff to prevent any fraudulent activity. Ensure 100% operational availability of CCTV systems, including cameras installed at toll plazas, server rooms, IT rooms, power rooms, genset rooms, and main carriageway. Ensure availability and proper condition of tools, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and maintenance items with Plaza Technicians and MRT teams. Manage duty rosters, staff rotation, and leave implementation in coordination with HR policies. Ensure provision and availability of required tools and adequate spare parts at all toll plazas and with MRT teams. Maintain close coordination with O&M teams, PMT, and external vendors for timely resolution of technical issues. Where ITS is deployed, ensure upkeep, maintenance, operational readiness, and management of all ITS equipment, both installed and in-store. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline (Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may be considered) 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT, Power, CCTV, and ITS operations, preferably in tolling, motorway, or critical infrastructure environments Proven experience managing field teams and 24/7 operational environments Skills & Competencies Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills Team leadership and operational discipline enforcement Knowledge of SOP-driven operations and preventive maintenance Vendor and stakeholder coordination Ability to work under pressure in mission-critical environments If you have hands-on experience in IT operations, network/system uptime, field teams coordination, and mission-critical infrastructure, we’d like to connect. 📩 Apply: recruitment@onenetwork.pk
