Ltd (Metal Fabrication Manufacturing) Salary: Rs. 50,000 - 75,000 per month Benefits: Performance-based salary increase after 6-month probation period, paid leaves within probation period (Casual & Sick Leave), EOBI, PESSI, Provident Fund, Annual Leave Encashment, Annual Bonus, 1.5x Overtime (occasionally), Life Insurance, Annual Increment in July, Pick & Drop from Chungi Amarsidhu, Performance-based Annual Awards, etc. Position Overview We are looking for a team in our Quality Control Department with a strong technical background and hands-on inspection skills to join our growing metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of ensuring high-quality production standards. Key Responsibilities • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of fabricated metal components. • Verify product dimensions using calipers, micrometers, Vernier gauges, height gauges, etc. • Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. • Record inspection results and maintain QC documentation. • Report any non-conformities and coordinate with production for corrective actions. • Monitor welding quality, surface finishing, and assembly accuracy. • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements. Qualification & Skills • DAE – Mechanical or equivalent technical training. • 1–3 years of experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tools. • Knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, machining) is a plus. • Good communication and reporting skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
