Sourceway Consulting is expanding rapidly within the finance and SACC lending support industry, and weโre hiring a proactive, experienced, and leadership-driven HR Manager to build our HR department from the ground up.
This is a founding HR role โ perfect for someone who is confident in setting up HR frameworks, policies, and systems while supporting team growth across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Policy Development
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance structures.
Establish onboarding, performance management, leave management, and disciplinary systems.
Build a scalable HR infrastructure for a growing team.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Work closely with the CEO and team leads to fulfill hiring needs.
Build pipelines for credit analysts, collections, customer service, tech, and operations roles.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Monitor performance, attendance, KPIs, and employee well-being.
Address conflicts and employee concerns professionally.
Organize training, team-building, and engagement initiatives.
4. Performance Management
Set up appraisal cycles, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Support career path development and internal growth.
Ensure timely reviews, documentation, and KPIs alignment.
5. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, contracts, policies, and leave systems.
Coordinate with payroll and ensure compliance with HR policies & labor regulations.
Assist in resource planning and optimize team productivity.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Masterโs preferred).
3โ7 years of HR management or senior HR generalist experience (BPO/Fintech/Consulting preferred).
Strong skills in recruitment, policy development, employee management, and legal compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently build and run HR systems.
Prior experience in fast-paced or scaling companies is an advantage.
