AuctionNow is looking for a motivated and energetic *Sales Man / Associate* to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills and be comfortable with daily market visits and field work.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Vendor onboarding

• Conduct daily market visits to acquire new customers and generate sales.

• Build and maintain strong client/vendor relationships.

• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

• Handle B2B communication and vendor management.

• Complete the vendor onboarding process and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Represent AuctionNow professionally during market visits and client interactions.

*Requirements:*

• Bachelor's qualification or Intermediate.

• 2–3 years of experience in *outfield sales, market visits, vendor management, or B2B sales* preferred.

• Proven experience in outbound sales and marketing.

• Experience in market visits and customer/vendor acquisition.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Target-oriented with good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Willingness to travel within the market.

• *Male candidates preferred.*

*Salary:*

*PKR 40,000 – 60,000*, depending on experience and interview performance.
