Supervise Al-Alloy and overhead conductor (AAC, ACSR) manufacturing processes. 3. Provide technical guidance and training to QA inspectors and subordinates. 4. Handle LV & MV high voltage testing activities. 5. Ensure all inspection and testing equipment are properly calibrated and valid. 6. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively. 7. Manage client visits, audits, and inspections. 8. Monitor stranding processes and overall production quality compliance. 9. Undertake any other tasks assigned by management. Experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in Quality Control (Cable/Conductor Manufacturing preferred). Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
