Location: Karachi 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: o Lead and manage woven fabrication activities from development to bulk production in line with retail requirements. o Handle vendor onboarding, assessment, and ongoing vendor management, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries. o Coordinate closely with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure fabric quality, feasibility, and cost targets are met. o Manage fabric sourcing, sampling, approvals, and bulk follow-ups for woven categories. o Ensure smooth communication with internal stakeholders (design, planning, production) for timely execution. o Monitor market trends, fabric innovations, and supplier capabilities to improve product offerings. o Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times. o Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and retail best practices.
