Key Responsibilities:

- Drive continuous improvement in demand planning tools, processes, and data governance to promote a data-driven planning culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis)
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills to translate complex data into clear business insights
