Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Customize Salesforce using standard configuration tools and create custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools, and ETL processes
- Develop and enhance user interfaces using the Salesforce Lightning Framework
- Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and optimize application performance and security
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Administrators, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (Aura Components and LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes)
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and security
- Experience with integrated development environments (VS Code, Salesforce DX)
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Urdu
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Git version control
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, App Builder)
