𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: - Provide technical support for warehouse staff, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, systems, and servers. - Oversee installation, configuration, and upgrades of IT equipment (PCs, printers, scanners, handheld devices, etc.). - Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, warehouse management systems (WMS), and related applications. - Conduct regular system backups, data recovery tests, and security updates. - Maintain IT inventory and ensure availability of spare parts/equipment. - Liaise with vendors/service providers for IT hardware, software, and maintenance contracts. - Support warehouse automation initiatives and provide training to staff on IT systems.
