Position Overview
As a Senior Capability Development Specialist, you will design, develop, and deliver structured capability‑building and training interventions that support business performance across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with functional leaders and subject‑matter experts to assess capability and performance needs, define clear objectives, and develop practical programs and resources that enable teams to perform effectively.
This is not an HR or administrative Learning & Development role. The position focuses on diagnosing capability and performance gaps, determining when training or other interventions are appropriate, and delivering programs aligned to real business needs. This role is well‑suited to professionals who have developed their expertise through program‑based, project‑based, or capacity‑building roles.
Qualification And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
5–8 years of experience in capacity building, program or project‑based roles, training delivery, or related functions.
Demonstrated ability to assess capability or performance issues and determine appropriate interventions, including when training is not the primary solution.
Strong experience facilitating instructor‑led and virtual sessions with professional or technical audiences.
Experience conducting needs assessments and developing structured capability development plans.
Exposure to eLearning development or digital learning tools is an advantage.
Experience working directly with functional leaders and subject‑matter experts.
Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑driven environment.

Cognitive IT Solutions is offering a 6-month paid internship for SQA (Software Quality Assurance). We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated fresh graduates who want to build their career in software testing and quality assurance.
This is a fully onsite position, and a personal laptop is mandatory.
Stipend: 30,000 PKR per month.

Position: SQA Intern
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
Write clear and detailed test cases and test scenarios
Execute test plans and document results
Identify, report, and track bugs using a bug tracking system
Conduct regression and smoke testing
Assist in preparing test documentation and reports
Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes
Ensure product quality before deployment
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of:
Manual testing concepts
Test case writing
Bug reporting process
Regression & smoke testing
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar) is a plus
Basic knowledge of databases/SQL is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
