ZubaidasOfficial is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end retail logistics operations across all divisions. The role requires hands-on experience in warehouse coordination, store replenishment, vendor management, and delivery operations, along with strong leadership and team development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end retail logistics including supplier-to-warehouse, warehouse-to-store, inter-store transfers, and last-mile deliveries.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and complete store replenishment to maintain high stock availability.
* Oversee logistics, warehouse coordination, and delivery teams across multiple locations.
* Define KPIs, performance standards, and accountability structures for logistics operations.
* Promote team engagement, mentor staff, and build a culture of ownership, operational discipline, and cost consciousness.
* Conduct structured training and capability-building initiatives for logistics, warehouse, and delivery teams.
* Align logistics execution with sales forecasts, promotions, and seasonal demand.
* Develop and implement SOPs for receiving, dispatch, warehousing, returns, and store replenishment.
* Standardize and scale logistics processes to support business expansion.
* Support automation initiatives including replenishment tracking, delivery routing, and stock visibility systems.
* Coordinate with Finance and IT to ensure accurate inventory reporting and system alignment.
* Manage transporters and delivery vendors including rate negotiations and service benchmarking.
* Monitor logistics and distribution costs with strong financial control.
* Optimize delivery routes, dispatch planning, and replenishment frequency.
* Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted retail operations.
* Prepare performance reports and cost analysis for senior management and CFO review.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
* Professional certification exposure such as CMA (ICMAP – part qualified) preferred.
* Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in retail logistics and warehouse operations.
* Proven experience managing warehouse-to-store distribution and last-mile delivery.
* Strong leadership, team management, and multi-location coordination experience.
* Hands-on experience in team building, mentoring, and improving operational capabilities.
* Excellent analytical, cost control, and vendor negotiation skills.
* Experience with ERP, inventory systems, and logistics automation tools preferred.
* Strong problem-solving ability with practical operational focus.

- To assist Head of Debit Cards in developing card strategy – considering both value propositions and revenue opportunities.
- Develops and implements strategic aspects of product management including competitive and consumer analysis; business requirements and systems execution; pricing and profitability.
- Designs and executes acquisition / Spend base campaigns with the coordination of relevant teams.
- Mange with card schemes, Fraud risk unit and customer experience team to improve cards’ transaction performance which further leads to higher transaction approval rate.
- Ensure that all regulatory and business controls for all product portfolios should be in place and strictly enforced and monitored.
- Responsible for implementation of any changes in system / development for existing & new products
- Liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of new products deliverables.

- Responsible to work for CDM business operations.
- Will work as a CDM Business operations specialist, to oversee the deployment, maintenance, and performance monitoring of Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) across our branches.
- Responsible to coordinate with the IT team and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and integration of CDMs.
- Will conduct regular checks and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
