ExpiredIsmail Industries Limited is seeking results-driven Area Sales Managers – Out of Home (OOH) to drive territory growth, strengthen distributor partnerships, and ensure excellence in sales execution across multiple locations.
Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DSR selection, onboarding, and structured training, while optimizing route planning to ensure effective territory distribution, and disciplined sales execution.
- Drive achievement of sales targets through SKU-wise analysis, quarterly forecasting, and effective trade activity execution.
- Maintain accurate and updated distributor and sales data while ensuring strong reporting discipline.
- Identify and onboard new compliant accounts, build relationships with key customers, and support joint business planning.
- Expand product presence, optimize portfolio mix, and monitor account performance to ensure strong returns, and timely commercial actions.
- Monitor distributor performance, service levels, and stock availability to ensure strong execution across the territory.
- Validate monthly claims and ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Conduct competitor analysis across pricing, promotions, launches, distribution, and provide structured market feedback on emerging OOH trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 2 years of relevant experience in Out-of-Home Channel Sales.
- Proven experience managing distributor networks and field sales teams; exposure to volumetric account handling is preferred.
- Strong sales analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic sales automation tools.
- Sound understanding of route-to-market models and territory planning.
- Strong understanding of distributor financial structures and ROI calculations.
