We’re Hiring! We’re looking for a Senior Officer - HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) to join Alkaram Studio and lead health, safety, and environmental standards across our head office, retail stores, warehouse, and manufacturing units. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-scale HSE system implementation and continuous improvement across all sites - Develop and enforce SOPs, checklists, KPIs, and compliance tracking systems - Conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) and ensure safe operations - Drive a zero-incident culture through hazard identification, behavioral safety, and leadership engagement - Lead incident investigations and ensure effective CAPA implementation - Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, chemical handling, and sustainability initiatives - Manage fire safety, emergency response plans, evacuation drills, and crisis management - Deliver safety training, inductions, toolbox talks, and competency development programs What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field - 5–7 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing or retail - Certifications in ISO 45001, NEBOSH-IGC, or Train the Trainer - Strong knowledge of local regulations and international HSE standards - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills If you or someone in your network is passionate about safety and creating a secure workplace, we’d love to hear from you. 📩 Apply at: retail.career@alkaramstudio.com
