This role is responsible for the administration, security and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including the smooth operation of computer networks across the organisation. Responsibilities Network Operations -Manage, monitor and maintain computer networks and overall network performance. -Install, configure and troubleshoot network devices, including fiber optics, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices. -Perform regular maintenance tasks, update software and hardware and upgrade network equipment. -Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all network devices and services. -Utilise on-premises, private and public cloud infrastructure and identify performance gaps. -Ensure optimum network bandwidth to support seamless performance of critical applications. Retail Infrastructure Management -Provide network support for all new and existing retail stores. -Manage and troubleshoot network uptime for footfall devices and Dynamics 365. -Assist with network issues, highlight internet connectivity concerns, and coordinate deployment or termination of internet services. Experience & Education -0–3 years of experience in network troubleshooting and configuration. -Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technology or Engineering, along with CCNA certification.
