About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth, strengthen brand partnerships, and enhance the men’s product portfolio. This role will focus on onboarding new brands, ensuring catalog accuracy, and delivering consistent sales growth through effective category and content management.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive new brand onboarding to expand the men’s category portfolio.
· Ensure timely and accurate catalog uploads for all sourced products.
· Maintain and grow men’s share percentage across quarters.
· Coordinate with marketing to deliver content submissions on schedule (social media, website, newsletters, push notifications).
· Monitor and drive sales growth from men’s CD products month over month.
· Build strong relationships with key brands and ensure smooth operational alignment.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in account management, category management, or e-commerce.
· Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to deliver results against KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a growth-driven approach.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate sales and demand forecasts for our fashion retail stores.
• Utilize data analysis techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving sales performance.
• Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate forecast results, key insights, and recommendations to senior management.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks on large datasets using MS Excel, Power Query, and other relevant tools.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the accuracy of forecasting models, making adjustments and enhancements as necessary.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and external factors to improve forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to demand planning, forecasting, and data analysis.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and demand forecasting, reporting, and analysis within the retail industry.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Expertise in Power Query and Power BI for data extraction, transformation, visualization, and analysis.
• Experience working with MS Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and techniques for handling large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
