Content Writer Team Lead This role will oversee a team of writers to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content for our medical services, SaaS products, and related IT solutions. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement content strategies for medical, RCM, and SaaS products, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, and website copy. Stay updated on healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines), Google updates (e.g., Core Web Vitals, E-A-T), and digital marketing trends to ensure compliant and optimized content. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to monitor content performance, report insights, and refine strategies for optimal ROI. Innovate with diverse content formats, such as infographics, videos, or interactive guides, to meet evolving audience preferences. Manage content workflows, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced agency environment. Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field; certifications in digital marketing/SEO are a plus. 5+ years of content writing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven expertise in writing for healthcare, medical, or SaaS industries, with a portfolio showcasing versatile styles (technical, educational, promotional).
