Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and maintain plant machinery, automation systems and control equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operations. - Lead troubleshooting, maintenance and improvement projects related to plant equipment and production lines. - Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance. - Collaborate with production, quality and safety teams to deliver continuous improvement in plant efficiency. - Drive automation initiatives by leveraging expertise in PLC systems and industrial controls.
