Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee complaint management, service operations, installations, and customer support for our range of diesel generator products. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, coordination, and technical knowledge.
*Key Responsibilities: *
Manage and respond to all complaint calls/emails in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with end-users to ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Maintain complaint logs, analyze root causes, and produce regular service and complaint reports.
Supervise and manage DG set installations, including site surveys, procurement coordination, and execution.
Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support and manage customer inquiries.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, purchase, technical) and third parties to ensure effective service delivery.
Issue IJO’s, quotes, invoices and ensure timely submission and payment follow-ups.
Handle service deployment and online monitoring of technicians.
Manage spare parts sales, warranty claims, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) operations.
Conduct field visits to ensure service quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of customer orders, invoicing, and service history.
Assist with complaint statistics reporting, regulatory communications, and maintaining service SOPs.
Foster a customer-centric approach within the team and uphold brand values.
*Requirements: *
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in service or operations management, preferably in the power/generator industry.
Strong knowledge of diesel generator systems and service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and service reporting tools.

Job Title: SQA - Analyst
Location: I-11/ Islamabad
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated SQA Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software products to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and QA leads to identify issues early, improve product stability, and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business and technical requirements to design test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software meets functional and performance criteria.
Identify, log, and track bugs or defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Work closely with the development team to reproduce and isolate bugs.
Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Document test results and prepare quality reports for the team.
Support the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks (optional based on experience).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments.
