𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably for OTT apps). - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. - Strong experience in product-based and subscription-driven campaigns. - Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. - Experience in app growth, monetization strategies, and e-commerce performance marketing. - Proven expertise in handling different campaign types including telco subscription campaigns, e-commerce sales/ROAS campaigns, app installs, awareness, and traffic campaigns. - Strong grip on analytics, A/B testing, content management, and performance tracking tools. - Proven experience managing performance marketing budgets of up to $30K USD per month while maximizing ROI.
