Oxiliry is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst to join our Customer Onboarding team. This role is key to ensuring our clients have a smooth and successful onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:
Gather client requirements via meetings, emails, and screen shares.
Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Coordinate tasks across internal teams with clear context and priorities.
Work directly with clients to guide them through onboarding and setup processes.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Team Leads to resolve issues.
Investigate complex queries and data-related challenges.
Create process flow diagrams, documentation, and system requirement specifications.
Follow up on escalated tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare onboarding progress and client status reports using tools like Google Sheets and MS Excel.
Utilize SQL (DML & DDL) to retrieve, validate, or prepare data as needed.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth handoffs to support teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in client onboarding, business analysis, or a technical support role.
Experience working in cross-functional environments.
Exposure to SaaS products and understanding of customer success lifecycle.
Familiarity with project/task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zoho Projects).
Skills & Attributes:
Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirement gathering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word.
Ability to write SQL queries to interact with databases.
Familiarity with process flowchart tools (Lucidchart,Visio).
Solid problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Comfortable working with clients via screen share, email, and meetings.
Strong task management and follow-up skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
