โก๏ธ Servicing of existing portfolio and closely monitoring their monthly throughput. Conduct wallet sizing activity and enhance Bankโs wallet share through better services. Growth in throughput volume as per assigned target (existing and NTB).
โก๏ธ Responsible to organize and execute Employee Banking deals within all business segments such as CIBG, Commercial / SME, Retail / Institutional Sales etc. Primary responsibility is to achieve assigned EB targets set at the start of Calendar Year. Ensure to maintain monthly run rate to achieve given annual targets.
โก๏ธ To on-board Employee Banking Mandates in order to achieve No. of NTBs Month wise, train and assist our teams to achieve these targets.
โก๏ธ Closely look after existing portfolio of Employee Banking mandates to increase Payroll volume and deposit retention in these accounts.
โก๏ธ Engage branches and other business segments to focus on growth of these relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Database Administration.
Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain Oracle databases across on-premises and cloud environments.
Monitor production databases to ensure high availability, performance, and stability.
Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions using RMAN, Data Guard, etc.
Manage high-availability configurations including RAC, ASM, standby databases, and replication.
Manage database security (users, roles, profiles, privileges, access controls).
Diagnose and resolve database issues and performance bottlenecks.
Conduct performance tuning and provide SQL optimization guidance to development teams.
Create and maintain database health checks, monitoring, and operational reports.
Support change management processes including code deployments and releases.
Automate routine database operations using shell scripts, Ansible, or similar tools.
Oracle Data Analysis
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and data specifications.
Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and triggers.
Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and system testing to ensure data accuracy.
Develop reports and data extracts to support business and operational decision-making.
Monitor query and system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Provide end-user support and guidance on Oracle applications and reporting best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture and latest Oracle versions.
Hands-on experience with Oracle DBA activities including RAC, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard, and Data Pump.
Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
Experience managing Oracle databases in cloud and on-premises environments.
Knowledge of backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
