We are looking for a Business Developer! Prob N Tech is an AI automation and custom software company, providing AI-powered automation, chatbots, custom software development, and digital growth systems to businesses in the US, UK, and 12+ countries worldwide. Responsibilities: • Identify new business opportunities by researching platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and others. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals. • Prepare and present business proposals and negotiate contracts online. • Write tailored, personalized proposals for Upwork jobs in our service areas: AI automation, chatbots, web and mobile development, and custom software. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. • Perform email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads. • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients, and manage lead generation efforts. • Participate in Upwork and other bidding platforms to secure projects and expand business opportunities. • Coordinate with the technical team on project scope before committing timelines to clients. Requirements: • At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry. • Proven Upwork bidding experience with a track record of won projects. • Excellent written English, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue. • Knowledge of AI, automation, and software development trends is an added advantage. • Must be willing to work onsite (Faisalabad) We offer a competitive salary plus commission on closed projects.
