Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required: Education MBA in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 3-4 years of experience in procurement within an apparel manufacturing environment. Strong experience in trims & accessories sourcing, vendor management, and general items procurement. Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management. Detailed understanding of trims and accessories specifications and quality requirements. Proficient in MS Excel, ERP purchasing workflows, and data analysis.
