We Are Hiring – Assistant Manager Marketing At Bismillah Textiles Ltd, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Marketing department in our Made-Ups (Home Textile) Division. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales and business objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and brands. • Coordinate with buyers regarding product development, sampling, order confirmation, and delivery schedules. • Coordinate with internal departments including merchandising, production, planning, and quality assurance to ensure timely execution of orders. • Prepare product costing, quotations, and price negotiations with buyers. • Monitor order progress from sampling through final shipment. • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in international markets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. • Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards. • Handle buyer correspondence and provide timely follow-up on orders and inquiries. Requirements & Qualification • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration (Marketing), Textile Management, or a related field. • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in marketing, preferably within the home textile / made-ups export industry. • Strong knowledge of home textile products such as bed linen, duvet covers, pillowcases, curtains, etc. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication. • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with buyers and internal departments.
