Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, SOPs, and procedures. Oversee attendance management, leave processing, and payroll coordination with Finance. Address employee queries and ensure effective HR service delivery. Assist in implementing and managing the performance appraisal system. Support accreditation and audit requirements, including PMDC, PHC, ISO, etc. Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulatory guidelines. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resource Management (Master’s degree preferred) Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.
