About the Role:
EnDemand IT is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and managing the HR function, creating scalable people processes, and supporting a growing workforce across multiple regions. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is organized, self-driven, and passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Partner closely with the Sales and Finance teams to coordinate resource planning and workforce-related activities.
- Establish and manage leave, attendance, and workforce tracking processes.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize HRMS/HRIS platforms to automate and streamline HR operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, code of conduct, and contractor compliance documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, contractor onboarding, documentation, and workforce compliance for client engagements across the GCC region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters, including employee relations, grievances, policy guidance, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and build scalable systems that support business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the IT Services, Technology, Software Development, or Staff Augmentation industry.
- Proven experience implementing or managing HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Must be based in Karachi.
