Utopia Industries 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴! Position: Senior Executive - Production Planning (Packaging Industry) 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Executive – Production Planning to oversee production planning and scheduling activities within our Packaging Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal resource utilization, timely order execution, material availability, and efficient production flow while meeting customer delivery commitments and operational targets. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: * Develop and execute production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines * Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and operational requirements * Coordinate with sales, procurement, production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans * Analyze production capacity, machine utilization, and workforce availability for effective planning * Monitor raw material and packaging material requirements to prevent shortages and production interruptions * Track order progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks impacting production and dispatch schedules * Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports, KPIs, and production performance analyses * Ensure accurate planning data and inventory records within ERP systems * Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency enhancement * Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning activities within the packaging operation 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: * Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools * Experience working with ERP systems and production planning software * Strong understanding of packaging manufacturing processes and workflow management * Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field * 4–6 years of relevant experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations * Prior experience in the packaging, printing, flexible packaging, corrugated packaging, or related manufacturing industry will be preferred 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Site-2, Near Ahsan Abad, Super Highway, Karachi 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆: 📧 jobs@utopia.pk 📩 CC: nazeer.ali@utopia.pk 📌 Subject Line: Senior Executive - Production Planning (Packaging Industry)
