Responsibilities
- Lead the Group-level supply chain function across procurement, warehousing, logistics, contracting, and project management.
- Plan and forecast demand for the Book Packs project and oversee procurement, production, and sales.
- Manage the end-to-end school and domestic staff uniform project as a sustainable revenue stream.
- Prepare the annual procurement/CAPEX plan aligned with financial growth objectives.
- Oversee construction and category procurement (IT, furniture, labs, sports, equipment, etc.).
- Plan bulk procurement to achieve economies of scale and competitive commercial terms.
- Lead global/foreign sourcing (including China and Dubai), covering LC, customs, and freight.
- Oversee tendering, contractor evaluation, vendor management, and contract renewals.
- Conduct periodic vendor assessments to maintain a qualified vendor base and strong relationships.
- Review and approve purchase orders as per the authority matrix and procurement policies.
- Oversee company-wide printing and marketing-related procurement per approved policies.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce supply chain SOPs and policies.
- Ensure all transactions and planning are executed through ERP with strict compliance.
- Provide monthly procurement and supply chain reports to management.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from greeting and guiding showroom visitors to conducting professional vehicle demonstrations, negotiations, and final vehicle delivery. The role involves consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective CRM management and proactive follow-ups.
The individual will assess customer requirements, explain product features and technology, and coordinate seamlessly with internal finance, registration, delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure a premium, compliant, and smooth customer experience. Additionally, they will keep updated with market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Notably, the role includes acting as an In-House Trainer. The candidate will develop training materials and conduct regular sessions for new and existing sales staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence across the team.

2. Service Lead:
Qualifications: Bachelorโs in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or DAE (OEM Service Management or Workshop Control Training certification is a plus)
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in service operations, including supervisory experience
Location: Islamabad
The candidate will be responsible for managing workshop operations, efficiently allocating technician workloads, and monitoring daily productivity to ensure high-quality workmanship and the timely delivery of vehicles. The role involves driving workshop efficiency, monitoring service targets, and taking corrective actions to consistently meet monthly KPIs, profitability goals, and compliance standards.
The individual will coordinate seamlessly with internal Parts, Front Office, Customer Relations, and Admin teams to manage daily appointments, streamline PDI operations, and resolve customer complaints swiftly to enhance CSI. Additionally, they will ensure accurate job card closure, manage daily warranty claims in alignment with OEM guidelines, and minimize revenue leakage through strict process control and the optimal use of BYD's Dealer Management System (DMS).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical thinking skills are essential, along with a high level of accountability, process control, and team coordination to uphold the brand's premium service standards.
