Sorrel Foods Private Limited is looking for Area Sales Manager at Lahore Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution & Target Achievement • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for all assigned product lines. • Implement area sales plans and promotional strategies as per company guidelines. • Ensure numerical and weighted distribution targets are met across all channels. Distributor & Channel Management • Manage distributor operations including sales, stock, claims and receivables. • Appoint and develop new distributors to enhance market penetration. • Ensure timely order processing, product availability and trade satisfaction across Retail, IMT, LMT and HoReCa channels. Market Development • Identify potential markets, outlets and opportunities for business growth. • Execute product launches and promotional activities within the assigned territory. • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to suggest actionable insights. Team Management • Lead, train and motivate Territory Sales Officers / Sales Representatives. • Monitor daily market visits and ensure effective route coverage. • Review team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Trade Marketing & Visibility • Ensure implementation of trade promotions, product displays and merchandising standards across all channels. • Coordinate with marketing and regional sales teams for visibility drives. • Ensure strong brand presence and point-of-sale material utilization. Reporting & Analysis • Prepare and share area-wise sales performance and market feedback reports. • Analyze sales data to identify gaps and propose corrective actions. • Maintain updated records of distributor and team performance. Compliance & Controls • Ensure adherence to company pricing, discount and credit policies. • Monitor distributor inventory and avoid stockouts or overstocking. • Manage trade claims, damages and other operational matters as per policy.
