Monitor production targets, yields, and losses, and optimize manpower utilization. Operate, manage, and control process parameters through DCS systems. Train operators and technicians on process operations and safety practices. Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments including pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments. Maintain load cells, weigh feeders, batching, and dosing systems. Calibrate analytical instruments such as moisture analyzers and pH analyzers. Maintain control valves, actuators, solenoids, and positioners. Monitor and maintain dust collector instrumentation and differential pressure systems. Perform instrument loop checking, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Maintain instrument air systems and related utilities. Ensure proper functioning of PLC, HMI, DCS, and control panels. Troubleshoot automation and instrumentation issues in process plant equipment. Optimize control loops for temperature, pressure, flow, and density control. Ensure safety interlocks, alarms, and emergency shutdown systems are operational. Support production during startups, shutdowns, and product changeovers. Maintain calibration records, loop diagrams, and instrument documentation. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for continuous process improvement. Implement energy-saving initiatives and automation improvement projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and automation. Hands-on experience with PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley). Understanding of field instrumentation and calibration techniques.
