Position: Deputy Manager - Material Sourcing Role Summary: -Manage sourcing and procurement of dyes & chemicals in line with production requirements. -Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers. -Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency. -Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities. -Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays. -Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and R&D teams for material specifications and approvals. -Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. -Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting. -Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
