Position Title: Assistant Manager - Quality Control
Job Description:
1. Oversee and monitor all stages of production from wire drawing to final sheath.
2. Supervise Al-Alloy and overhead conductor (AAC, ACSR) manufacturing processes.
3. Provide technical guidance and training to QA inspectors and subordinates.
4. Handle LV & MV high voltage testing activities.
5. Ensure all inspection and testing equipment are properly calibrated and valid.
6. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
7. Manage client visits, audits, and inspections.
8. Monitor stranding processes and overall production quality compliance.
9. Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in Quality Control (Cable/Conductor Manufacturing preferred).
Education: Bachelorโs Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of cable manufacturing and overhead conductors
Expertise in LV & MV high voltage testing

๐น Eligibility Criteria:
โ Graduation/Masters with Major in Supply Chain
โ 7โ10 years of proven experience in local market procurement, particularly in consumables, technical equipment, and related materials
โ Strong knowledge of vendor development, negotiation, and timely sourcing
โ Age Limit: 30 โ 40 years

โ Strong knowledge of technical materials, consumables, spare parts, and engineering equipment
โ Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
