Key Responsibilities: • Annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting • Budget vs. actual variance analysis • CapEx planning support for plant & equipment • Per-unit cost calculation of steam & electricity • Fuel efficiency & cost impact analysis (Gas/Coal/Biomass/Furnace Oil) • Maintenance cost monitoring (planned & unplanned) • Cost optimization initiatives across fuel, manpower & maintenance • Strong internal controls & financial compliance • Performance reporting with actionable insights Qualifications: • CA / CMA (Part Qualified) / MBA Finance / M.
