PostEx is seeking an experienced professional to support administrative and procurement operations across 150+ branches nationwide, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and compliance with company policies.
๐น Key Responsibilities
Oversee branch administration, facility management, and utility cost control
Maintain contracts, documentation, and support branch openings/relocations
Verify and supervise minor civil works (iron, wood, paint, repair & maintenance)
Manage procurement of office supplies, uniforms, sacks, security seals & stationery
Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and timely deliveries
Maintain vendor database and prepare comparative statements & MIS reports
Support audits and coordinate with Finance, HR & Operations
๐ Qualifications & Experience
MBA or relevant qualification preferred
6โ8 years of experience in Administration & Procurement
Experience in courier, logistics, FMCG, or multi-branch organizations preferred
๐น Skills
Strong communication & negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, MS Office proficiency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel for branch visits.
