Location: Karachi 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: o Lead and manage woven fabrication activities from development to bulk production in line with retail requirements. o Handle vendor onboarding, assessment, and ongoing vendor management, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries. o Coordinate closely with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure fabric quality, feasibility, and cost targets are met. o Manage fabric sourcing, sampling, approvals, and bulk follow-ups for woven categories. o Ensure smooth communication with internal stakeholders (design, planning, production) for timely execution. o Monitor market trends, fabric innovations, and supplier capabilities to improve product offerings. o Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times. o Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and retail best practices. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: o Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, or a related field. o 5–7 years of experience in retail merchandising, with strong hands-on experience in woven fabrics. o Proven exposure to import & export operations related to woven fabric sourcing. o Strong experience in vendor onboarding, vendor handling, and team management. o Excellent communication and coordination skills. o Ability to train, mentor, and develop merchants effectively. o Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills. o Sound understanding of retail timelines, fabric costing, and quality standard Interested candidates can email their 𝐂𝐕𝐬 to careers@bachaaparty.com by mentioning the position in the subject line.
