Role Mandate
We are seeking a senior, high-maturity General Manager to lead organization-wide management, corporate governance, and performance discipline across international operations.
All functional departments (including IT) are led by Director-level leaders, and country/location heads report directly to the Director – International.
HR – International will report directly to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall organizational management and corporate governance oversight across international operations
Own, govern, and continuously improve the digitalised performance management system across countries, functions, and leadership levels
Ensure performance frameworks are aligned with strategy, KPIs, and governance standards
Lead and manage HR – International, ensuring performance management, leadership capability, and people governance are robust and consistent
Ensure organization-wide alignment between strategy, execution, governance, performance data, and technology enablement
Act as an enterprise integrator, ensuring Director-level functions—including IT, HR, and digital platforms—operate in alignment
Support Board and senior leadership through performance analytics, governance reporting, and executive briefings

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or related discipline
Education from a reputable institution preferred
Experience:
8–12 years of progressive experience in general management, enterprise governance, performance management, or senior management office roles
Demonstrated experience owning or governing performance management frameworks, preferably digital
Prior interaction with HR leadership, IT teams, dashboards, or performance systems preferred
Technology, AI & Performance Mindset (Critical)
Not AI-averse or suspicious of AI; views AI as an enabler of insight, prediction, and control
Able to translate performance data into executive-level decisions and conversations
Capable of asking the right governance and performance questions without being technical
