We are Hiring "Deputy Manager Administration" Location: Near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: - Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operational support across departments. - Implement and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and compliance standards - Manage company fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, maintenance, fuel control, and driver supervision. - Ensure cost-effective and efficient fleet utilization in line with company transport policies - Supervise cafeteria operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and service standards. - Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and statutory compliance related to facilities. - Manage administrative vendors, contracts, and service level agreements. - Control and optimize administrative costs and budgets. - Verify and process administrative bills in coordination with finance - Address employee administrative concerns and ensure service satisfaction 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: - BBA/ MBA or equivalent degree in a related field. - 6–8 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably with large-scale manufacturing firms. - Strong knowledge of office administration, fleet, cafeteria, and facilities management. - Proficient in MS Office with strong documentation abilities. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle multiple functions independently. - Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
