- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and payroll coordination (inputs, validations).
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and ensure data integrity.

- Manage recruitment for IT roles such as Developers, Testers, DevOps, Analysts, Support Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, manage interview feedback, and close positions while monitoring offer acceptance, joining ratio, and hiring SLAs.
๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ & ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ
- Act as the first escalation point for employee HR concerns and grievances.
- Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and performance-related discussions.

- Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance appraisal cycles.
- Support learning & development initiatives including technical and soft-skill training.
- Maintain appraisal and promotion documentation.
๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ & ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
- Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to IT organizations.
- Assist in audits and statutory documentation.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, remote work, shift policies, and IT-specific SOPs.
๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ & ๐๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports including attrition, hiring metrics, headcount, and attendance.
- Provide insights to Senior HR and management for workforce planning.
- Support HR projects such as HR automation, policy revisions, and process improvements.

- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐
- 4+ years of HR experience in an IT or technology-driven organization.
- Strong exposure to IT recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience supervising junior HR staff preferred.
๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ & ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฌ
- Strong understanding of IT roles and hiring practices.
- Knowledge of labor laws and IT industry HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
