Job Title: IT Intern 📍 Location: New Blue Area, G-9, Islamabad 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time Internship 📅 Duration: 3 to 6 Months About the Role Second Cup Pakistan is looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Intern to join our technology support team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day IT operations, including setting up workstations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing local area network (LAN) infrastructure. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Hardware Support: Assist in assembling, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. 🔹 Software Installation: Help deploy, update, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and essential productivity software. 🔹 Network & Cabling: Support the IT team in organizing, running, and terminating Ethernet cables (Cat5e/Cat6), and testing LAN connections. 🔹 Help Desk Support: Act as the first point of contact for basic technical queries, helping employees resolve password resets, connectivity issues, and hardware-related problems. 🔹 Inventory Management: Track IT assets, maintain hardware inventory, and ensure the server room/storage area remains clean and organized.
