Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and internal meetings, ensuring timely communication and logistics. Assist with policy updates, audits, and compliance checks. Provide support in conducting employee surveys, gathering feedback, and analyzing results to improve engagement and satisfaction. Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
