Utopia Industries Pvt. Ltd is looking for Weaving Manager
• BE in Textile or Relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a waterjet weaving.
• Strong understanding of loom mechanics and maintenance procedures.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer orders and deadlines.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all waterjet looms. Ensure looms are running at optimal efficiency and address any mechanical or technical issues.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures at every stage of the weaving process. Identify and address quality issues promptly to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Location: Near Ahsanabad, Super Highway, Karachi
