We’re Hiring – Visual Merchandiser (VM)

Location: Karachi

Imtiaz is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic retail team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing store aesthetics, driving product visibility, and ensuring that our in-store displays deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute eye-catching product displays in line with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.

Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all assigned stores.

Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve display effectiveness.

Maintain VM standards, props, signage, and layout designs.

Train store teams on visual display guidelines and planogram implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.

5 to 7 years of experience in retail visual merchandising (preferably fashion retail).

Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and color coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.
