We’re Hiring: Experienced Virtual Assistant – Medical Billing
UControlBilling is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support to join our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in healthcare administration, prior authorizations, and eligibility verification, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform prior authorizations and eligibility & benefits verification using Simple Practice.
Support daily medical billing operations and administrative tasks.
Manage emails, scheduling, and client communication.
Maintain accurate patient and billing records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in the medical billing or healthcare sector.
Knowledge of prior authorization processes and insurance verification.
Proficiency in various EHR systems such as Simple Practice and Tebra, as well as MS Office or Google Workspace.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
