Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team! As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in resolving hardware, network, system, and software issues. You will also train engineers, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify solutions to technical issues
- Train engineers for day-to-day activities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ask targeted questions to understand customer issues and track issues to resolution
- Provide feedback and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
- Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously
- Prepare accurate reports and document technical knowledge
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients
- Receive and analyze log files for troubleshooting and provide detailed action plans
- Assist on-site technicians in executing action plans, hardware replacement, and configuration
- Coordinate and oversee project tasks, communicate updates and timelines, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with onsite teams, technical teams, clients, and vendors to support successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Networking, or Telecommunication from a reputed university or institute
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills.
