We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive – Islamabad

PFM is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and support staff across our nationwide operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality hiring aligned with project needs and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and support roles

Source candidates through portals, social media, and referrals

2. Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding

3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

4. Support employer branding and represent PFM at job fairs

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelors in HR or Business (Master’s preferred)

2. 1–3 years of recruitment experience

3. Strong communication and coordination skills

4. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
