Supply Chain Officer

Jubilee Corporation is hiring for following position

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Supply Chain Officer

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Karachi - Saddar

𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Supply Chain

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Maintain and update stock control systems to ensure inventory accuracy.

 • Conduct physical inventory counts twice a year and reconcile data with the system.

 • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations in line with company policies and procedures.

 • Ensure stock availability and timely confirmation via email and calls to internal teams, liaison offices, and dealer networks.

 • Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and operational efficiency targets.

 • Implement and monitor warehouse security procedures and safety standards.

 • Follow up on material reservations and coordinate timely delivery.

 • Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse team members to maintain workforce competence.

 • Archive and manage all warehouse-related documentation systematically.

 • Foster teamwork, maintain discipline, and promote a productive work environment.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

 • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce or related field).

 • At least 2 years of experience in a retailer warehouse environment.

 • Strong supervisory and organizational skills.

 • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

 • Keen interest in supply chain and logistics functions.
